Referring a Child or Young Person to SEAL
We are here to support and make a positive difference to children, young people and their families in t
he West of Fife. In order to ensure that our service is targeted we have drawn up a set of eligibility criteria.
We welcome referrals from professionals working in social work, education and health. We will also consider self-referrals from families and carers who feel that their child/young person would benefit from the services we provide. All children and young people attending Seal do so on a voluntary basis.

to discuss whether Seal might provide the right service for a particular child then you can get in touch through the contacts listed in the main menu or by completing and returning a referral form which can be downloaded by clicking on this link. One of our Group Leaders will get back to you. Alternatively, you can make a direct referral by completing a referral form by clicking on this link and emailing it directly to us. Before doing so, please read our eligibility criteria to find out whether we might be able to provide a service.
